Roles & Responsibilities

A fast-growing technology advisory firm is looking for a Customer Success Manager / Client Relationship Manager to join our team and help clients navigate complex technology decisions across:

  • AI Infrastructure
  • Cybersecurity
  • Telecommunications
  • Cloud & Colocation Solutions
  • SD-WAN & Networking

What You'll Do

  • Manage and strengthen client relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts
  • Support sales and business development initiatives
  • Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, webinars, and content creation
  • Collaborate directly with company leadership in a growing startup environment

Desired Candidate Profile

What We're Looking For

  • 2 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales Support, or similar client-facing roles
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities
  • Interest in technology, telecommunications, cloud, networking, or cybersecurity

Bonus Points For

  • B2B sales or consulting experience
  • IT infrastructure or telecommunications background
  • Startup experience
  • Marketing or content creation skills

Position Details

  • Working Hours: 4:00 PM 12:00 AM (Beirut Time)
  • Monday Friday
  • Paid Time Off available with advance notice
