Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered promptly.
- Onboard new clients, guiding them through the Academy s programs, consulting processes, and employment services.
- Monitor customer progress and proactively address any challenges or concerns to ensure a smooth experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Educate customers about available resources, program updates, and best practices to maximize their success.
- Track and analyze customer engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress within the company s CRM system.
- Organize and participate in customer-focused events, webinars, and workshops as needed.
- Support the development and implementation of customer success strategies to drive satisfaction and retention.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer success, client relations, or support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools for customer management.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Adaptability to changing processes and customer requirements.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer backgrounds.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
