Roles & Responsibilities

  • Spend flexible days on-site to gain hands-on product knowledge and understand production processes.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based/remote environment.
  • Proven commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or a related field.
  • Current or former veterinarian is highly preferred (pet owners are also a plus).
