Roles & Responsibilities
- Support customers post-purchase to ensure a smooth experience.
- Assist customers with product-related inquiries and guidance.
- Follow up proactively to help customers get the most value from our products.
- Collaborate with the team to provide insights and feedback from customers.
- Spend flexible days on-site to gain hands-on product knowledge and understand production processes.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to customer needs.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based/remote environment.
- Proven commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Comfortable using digital communication tools and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work with diverse teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing customer and business needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or a related field.
- Current or former veterinarian is highly preferred (pet owners are also a plus).
- Can commit to an agreed number of flexible days on-site to gain deeper product knowledge.
