Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and partners (e.g., caf s, retailers, distributors) by introducing them to Cookievore s products, storage guidelines, and sales support tools.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and quick problem resolution.
  • Proactively check in with clients to track satisfaction, resolve challenges, and support repeat orders
  • Collect feedback on product performance, customer preferences, and service quality to improve the overall Cookievore experience.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to deliver excellent customer care and ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates on CRM systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions.
  • Proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills.
  • FMCG Experience is a must
