Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients in person and remotely (phone, email, support tools). 
  • Identify needs and analyze requests or problems encountered.
  • To provide clear answers, reliable information and appropriate solutions.
  • Follow up on requests until their complete resolution.
  • Manage and document requests in the management tool and update customer files.
  • Report any anomalies and complaints to the relevant departments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service quality standards.
  • To contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Education level: Minimum Bac +3 in the field of management, commerce, communication or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer support, after-sales service or a similar position is desirable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Sense of listening, empathy and patience.
  • Ability to analyze needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Team spirit and ability to collaborate with different departments.
  • My mastery of computer tools and office software.
  • Sense of organization, rigor in following up on requests and respect for deadlines.
  • Stress management, responsiveness and autonomy in problem-solving.
