Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients in person and remotely (phone, email, support tools).
- Identify needs and analyze requests or problems encountered.
- To provide clear answers, reliable information and appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on requests until their complete resolution.
- Manage and document requests in the management tool and update customer files.
- Report any anomalies and complaints to the relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service quality standards.
- To contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Education level: Minimum Bac +3 in the field of management, commerce, communication or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer support, after-sales service or a similar position is desirable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Sense of listening, empathy and patience.
- Ability to analyze needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate with different departments.
- My mastery of computer tools and office software.
- Sense of organization, rigor in following up on requests and respect for deadlines.
- Stress management, responsiveness and autonomy in problem-solving.
