Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical or service-related issues.
  • Educate customers on product features, usage, and best practices to maximize satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and gather feedback for service improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer support, customer service, or related role.
  • Experience in the medical field or scientific background (agriculture, science)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support ticketing tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, under limited supervision, and adapt to changing priorities.
