Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical or service-related issues.
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and best practices to maximize satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and gather feedback for service improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer support, customer service, or related role.
- Experience in the medical field or scientific background (agriculture, science)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support ticketing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work full-time, under limited supervision, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service at all times.
