Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and channels.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests with empathy and efficiency, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up as necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical or service-related issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to management for process improvement.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Adhere to company protocols, security standards, and compliance requirements at all times.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and common office software.
Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work effectively in an on-site (office-based) environment.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
