Roles & Responsibilities

Role

  • To provide quality support and assistance to the company's customers, by answering their questions, resolving their problems and ensuring a positive customer experience.

TASKS

  • Process customer orders from the dashboard according to your work area.
  • Report each problem encountered with a client or partner on the tool provided.
  • Apply and respect the procedures and work processes in force.
  • Report any malfunctions, constraints encountered or suggestions for improvement to your supervisor or manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Senior Technician/ Bac+2 and above in communication, management, commerce.

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
