Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role
- To provide quality support and assistance to the company's customers, by answering their questions, resolving their problems and ensuring a positive customer experience.
TASKS
- Process customer orders from the dashboard according to your work area.
- Report each problem encountered with a client or partner on the tool provided.
- Apply and respect the procedures and work processes in force.
- Report any malfunctions, constraints encountered or suggestions for improvement to your supervisor or manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
Senior Technician/ Bac+2 and above in communication, management, commerce.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Customer focus
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good writing skills in French and Arabic
- Sense of listening, analysis and problem-solving
- Calm, patient
- Persuasive power and nativity
- Stress resistant
- My mastery of computer tools
