Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with clients regarding contracts, ensuring that documents are completed, signed, and processed on time
Assist clients with inquiries or issues related to applications, providing clear guidance and support
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and updates
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, legal, operations, etc) to resolve client issues efficiently
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams while ensuring timely resolution
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and proactive follow-up
Monitor pending contracts and applications, sending reminders and updates to clients as needed
Contribute to improving processes by reporting recurring issues and suggesting solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience in customer support, client relations, or administrative support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and customer support tools
Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage
