Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This role plays a critical operational role in ensuring service continuity, compliance with internal SOPs, and achievement of operational KPIs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

Bachelor s degree or equivalent (preferred).

Experience

0 2 years of experience in:

  • customer service
  • call center operations
  • administrative or operations support

Healthcare or telehealth experience is considered an advantage.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Language Requirements

Arabic: Fluent (spoken and written).

English: Basic reading level.

Technical & System Skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

General computer and system navigation skills.

Ability to work confidently with:

  • CRM systems
  • booking and scheduling systems
  • shared operational dashboards and trackers.

Additional Requirements
