Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Customer Support Agent will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for ensuring their car rental experience is smooth and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with making, modifying, and canceling reservations.
  • Provide accurate information regarding rental policies, available vehicles, and services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming customer communications via calls, emails, and potentially live chat.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience in the automotive, travel, or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and general computer skills.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
