Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As part of the Sales team, the apprentice will support commercial and administrative activities while gaining hands-on exposure to sales processes in an industrial environment:

  • Assist in reviewing client Request for Quotes and support the internal coordination to clarify technical and commercial requirements.
  • Support follow-up with clients via email or phone under supervision to gather required information and assist in progressing quotations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and Coperion Headquarters to track order status and support logistics and documentation processes, including shipment and customs clearance.
  • Assist in maintaining records, updating trackers, and preparing basic reports related to sales activities.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as needed.
  • Gain exposure to sales processes and contribute to team objectives under guidance. )

This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated student to gain hands-on experience and grow within a global industrial organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor s or Master s degree program in Business Administration, International Trade, Sales, or a related field, ideally through an apprenticeship scheme.

  • Interest in technical products and industrial environments; ability to understand and work with technical information is a strong asset.
  • Comfortable communicating in English (written and spoken).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented mindset.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a structured way.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage but not required.
