Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate channels while ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately, utilizing internal systems and adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and assist customers effectively.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs, offering personalized solutions and building strong customer relationships.
  • Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions, update customer profiles, and track issue resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical support) to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and company policies to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer support.
  • Contribute to team efforts by sharing best practices, offering suggestions for improvement, and assisting colleagues as needed.
  • Adhere to company standards and guidelines for customer interactions, ensuring professionalism and maintaining a positive brand image.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Holds relevant certifications in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Professional) is a plus.
  • Experience in the banking, financial, or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the UAE.
  • Emirati nationality is required, reflecting a deep understanding of local culture and values.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant applications.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Exhibits a strong customer-centric approach, with a genuine desire to assist and satisfy customer needs.
  • Possesses strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
