Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Customer Service Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing support and assistance to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

About the Role:

VXI Global Solutions is launching a new account in Egypt and you have the opportunity to be part of the first hiring wave. As a Customer Support Representative, you will handle inbound calls, assist customers with billing, service inquiries, and technical issues, and deliver an exceptional customer experience on behalf of one of the top brands in the U.S.

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Answer customer inquiries related to products and services
  • Provide accurate billing and technical support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service issues with professionalism
  • Document customer interactions in internal systems
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Work Conditions:

  • Rotational shifts (5 days/week, 2 days off)
  • 9 working hours per day, including a 1-hour break
  • On-site role at our office in City Stars, Nasr City
  • Transportation provided (pickup points + door-to-door after 11 PM)

Desired Candidate Profile

Fluent English speakers (B2+ / C1 level)

  • Minimum of 0 years and up to 2 years of experience in a customer support or related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer support software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
