Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Driving Core Reporting: Execute and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering key customer service metrics, order fulfillment statuses, and evolving KPIs to support shifting business needs.
- Data Processing & Automation: Extract, analyze, and process complex datasets from SAP and Salesforce. You will leverage advanced Excel capabilities (Power Query/Power Pivot) alongside light VBA or Office Scripts to automate tasks and extractions (like SAPGUI).
- Workflow & Ticket Management: Oversee and optimize mini ticketing systems to handle internal operational requests. You will build and manage these workflows utilizing Smartsheet, SharePoint lists, or Microsoft Power Apps.
- Cross-Functional Support: Act as a trusted data partner to CS, Back-Office, and Commercial stakeholders, ensuring they have accurate and timely information.
- Agile Problem Solving: Field and fulfill ad-hoc data requests and occasional dashboard development with precision as they arise.
- Advanced Excel, VBA & Office Scripts: Strong command of structured data handling, formulas, and pivot tables. Must have solid experience with Power Query (intermediate level), basic familiarity with Power Pivot and DAX, and light Excel VBA or Office Scripts skills for task automation.
- Process Automation: Hands-on experience creating and managing workflows using SharePoint lists and Power Automate Cloud. Experience with Microsoft Power Apps is a strong plus.
- Business Intelligence Tools: Comfortable navigating Tableau and/or Power BI as an end-user, with the ability to handle occasional Power BI development tasks.
- System Skills: Solid navigation skills in SAP for data extraction, paired with basic familiarity with Salesforce.
- Exceptional Organization: You are dependable and highly organized, capable of managing multiple recurring deadlines without dropping the ball.
- Clear Communication: Concise communication skills with the confidence to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and departments.
- Basic Python awareness for those extremely rare, one-off scripting needs.
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar workflow management tools.
- A foundational understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) or supply chain processes.
