Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone calls, chats, emails, and social media
  • Handle made-to-order inquiries and returns, explaining policies and offering suitable alternatives
  • Manage faulty or damaged item reports, coordinating with brands and resolving escalations
  • Support delivery and customization requests by liaising with designers and assessing costs
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
  • Securely work with customers sensitive information
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies

Desired Candidate Profile

Native Arabic (Gulf / Khaleeji dialect) and fluent English (minimum B2 level, both written and spoken) communication skills

  • Proven experience in customer support for a luxury brand is a must
  • Concierge-style customer support mindset
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
