Role Overview:
As an English Customer Support Representative, you will be at the forefront of supporting our clients in the crypto space. Whether it s guiding customers through product inquiries or resolving technical issues, you will be making a direct impact on our customers' experiences. No prior experience in cryptocurrency is required just a passion for learning and problem-solving!

Desired Candidate Profile

Fluency in English (spoken and written) Strong communication skills are key!

Passion for Cryptocurrency An interest in the crypto world is a plus, but not required.

Problem Solving Skills Ability to think on your feet and find solutions to customer problems.

Attention to Detail Accuracy is important when handling technical information.

Customer-Centric Attitude Passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional service.

Tech-Savvy Comfort with digital platforms, online communication tools, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.

Flexibility Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends (24/7 shift rotation).
