Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.

Assist clients with travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications.

Resolve complaints or concerns efficiently, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with the operations and booking teams to provide seamless service.
Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of travel industry software is an advantage but not mandatory.

Friendly, approachable, and client-focused personality.
