Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy to create a positive experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, utilizing product knowledge to provide tailored solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring that all communications are logged accurately for future reference and follow-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, ensuring a solid educational foundation for effective communication and problem-solving.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or related fields, demonstrating a proven track record in delivering exceptional service.
- Experience in the tech or software industry, providing familiarity with common issues and solutions that customers may encounter.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred to cater to a diverse customer base and enhance communication.
