Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Receive and confirm customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order details.
Enter orders on the company s system and coordinate with relevant departments (warehouse, delivery, production, etc.) to ensure timely processing.
Inform customers about order status, readiness, and delivery or pickup times.
Handle customer complaints or issues and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.
Maintain up-to-date customer records and order logs.
Provide product or service information and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks when needed.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to building long-term relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
1 3 years of experience in customer service or order processing (experience in similar industry is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems (ERP knowledge is a plus).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Fluency in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
Reliable, punctual, and professional in communication.
