Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with account support, troubleshooting, order inquiries, and general service requests
- Deliver friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer service to ensure satisfaction
Issue Resolution
- Investigate customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
- Escalate complex matters to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions within company systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been fully resolved and expectations met
Customer Experience
- Build positive customer relationships through clear and professional communication
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to help improve products and services
- Support customer retention by consistently providing high-quality assistance
- Contribute to a collaborative and customer-first team culture
Administrative & System Support
- Utilize CRM platforms, support software, and communication tools effectively
- Keep customer records and documentation accurate and up to date
- Assist in updating FAQs, internal documentation, and support resources
- Follow company policies and operational procedures to maintain service quality and consistency
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications What We re Looking For
- 1 2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and patient approach when assisting customers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are an advantage
