Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Customer Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Assist customers with account support, troubleshooting, order inquiries, and general service requests
  • Deliver friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer service to ensure satisfaction

Issue Resolution

  • Investigate customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
  • Escalate complex matters to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions within company systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been fully resolved and expectations met

Customer Experience

  • Build positive customer relationships through clear and professional communication
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights to help improve products and services
  • Support customer retention by consistently providing high-quality assistance
  • Contribute to a collaborative and customer-first team culture

Administrative & System Support

  • Utilize CRM platforms, support software, and communication tools effectively

Qualifications What We re Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset

  • Professional, dependable, and patient approach when assisting customers
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
