Roles & Responsibilities

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in New Cairo.
  • The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Daily tasks will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, troubleshooting customer issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Graduates or Drop outs
  • Fluent English speakers (B2-C1)
  • Flexible with night and overnight shifts
  • Ability to work on-site in New Cairo
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
