Roles & Responsibilities
Checking e-mails from clients or insurance companies.
Calling insurance companies to follow up on quotations.
Following up with clients for their payments.
Preparing to documents for the clients to sign.
Ensuring that all documents are filled correctly by the clients.
Any other tasks assigned by manager.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Proven 1 year experience in customer service in insurance companies.
Fast paced and accurate.
Strong communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize tasks.
