Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way in person (at sales outlet or service center) or via phone, email or chat (for B2B and B2C customers)
  • Identify customer needs and help customers with their orders entry and confirmation
  • Update our internal ERP with information and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance (B2C role)
  • Communicate with team members to complete job responsibility in timely manner
  • Inform customers about new products and offerings
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their activity with company
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good communication skills on the phone and emails
  • Good Arabic writing skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role is a plus
  • Familiarity with Automotive industry is a plus
  • Understanding of how CRM systems works is a plus
