Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way in person (at sales outlet or service center) or via phone, email or chat (for B2B and B2C customers)
- Identify customer needs and help customers with their orders entry and confirmation
- Update our internal ERP with information and useful discussions with customers
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance (B2C role)
- Communicate with team members to complete job responsibility in timely manner
- Inform customers about new products and offerings
- Follow up with customers to ensure their activity with company
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good communication skills on the phone and emails
- Good Arabic writing skills
- Basic computer skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role is a plus
- Familiarity with Automotive industry is a plus
- Understanding of how CRM systems works is a plus
