Responsibilities
Provide round-the-clock support through phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with smooth implementation of software solutions.
Monitor orders to ensure they are processed on time.
Empower restaurants, cafés, and food service operators to streamline operations, improve customer experiences, and grow their business with confidence.
Qualifications & Work Experiences
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
Familiarity with restaurant operations and experience with software solutions.
Ability to educate customers on how to use the platform effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Active listening skills to understand customer needs and frustrations.
Conflict resolution skills to handle escalations calmly.
Multilingual abilities: fluency in English and Arabic.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Basic troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve minor technical issues.
