Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle all customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and ticketing systems.
Track shipments and provide accurate updates to clients.
Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and inventory teams to resolve order issues.
Manage complaints professionally and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
Create daily reports for clients (order status, SLA, delays, returns).
Open and manage tickets for any operational issues.
Escalate issues to the Operations Manager when needed.
Maintain client satisfaction and build trust-based relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have a personal computer and a stable internet connection
Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus.
Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients at the same time.
Good computer skills: Excel, CRM systems, and ticketing tools.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
