Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
Guide customers on how to use our products, services, and special features effectively.
Keep customers informed about new updates, features, and service enhancements.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
University graduates (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Confident, assertive, and customer-focused personality.
Previous experience in customer service or call centers.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
