Roles & Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to international clients by handling travel-related inquiries, bookings, modifications, and issue resolution. Fluency in English and either French or German is required to support our global customer base.

  • Fluency in English and either French or German (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in the travel industry, specifically using GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking procedures, fare rules, and itinerary management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including overnight hours
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Must be able to commute to El Maadi Tech Park
