Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via calls, emails, and chats.
  • Answer general, product-related, and order-related inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Process returns, refunds, and order replacements as per company policies.
  • Document and update customer interactions and transactions in the CRM.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Ticket Volumes(10-15 per hour), Adherence to schedule 100% and Quality 92%.
  • Record activities in Zendesk and report to senior management.


  • Experience in the international company working with people around the globe;
  • Compensation $800 for the probation period (1 month) and $900 after passing the probation period;
  • Training Bonus- $100 additional payment in case of successful training and probation
  • Bonus - $300 /month for completing the KPIs , after the probation period (where $100 is for quality, $150 for tickets per hour, $50 for attendance);
  • Loyalty bonus system for working long term;
  • Training will be provided by the company and the client;
  • 20 paid days of vacations, 10 paid days sick leaves per year;
  • Management's attention, support and motivation.


Desired Candidate Profile

You are our perfect candidate if you have:

  • Experience in Customer support at least 1 year;
  • German C1 level (fluent writing and speaking);
  • English B2 level;
  • Experience with calls;
  • Problem-resolution skills;
  • Ability to work in a stressful situation, skills of active listening and attention to detail;
  • Respect to the Customers, focus on helping ability, empathy;
  • Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent businessman;
