Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
You will support schools using our software system, helping them solve technical issues and get the most out of our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to school staff using our system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
  • Escalate bugs or complex cases to the development team.
  • Guide customers on how to use system features effectively.
  • Document and track issues until resolution.
