Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Italian.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and finding solutions.
- Escalate complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on-site at our office location.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
No prior experience needed training will be provided.
