Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled Customer support specialist who can interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on Lucidya's products. Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns through processing Internally complaints, bugs and issues related to our products. To excel in this role, you should be excellent in verbal and written communication. You are expected to have a thorough knowledge of our products. You will be in direct contact with the customers. You also will be accountable to troubleshoot any problem and issues occurring to the customers regarding the products in a timely fashion.
• Solve customers issues and problems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
• Assist in creating training courses and educational materials.
• Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.
• Maintain the customers satisfaction and a good relationship between customers and our company.
• BS degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
• Proficiency in English
Record and report customer feedback and products malfunctions to line manager.
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
Provide detailed information about the products offered to the customers and promote the value of the products.
Listen to customer complaints and provide adequate solutions for their problem via phone, chat or email in a timely manner.
Handle and manage surveys in regards to resolving customer service problems.
Keep the record of customers and follow-up with them on a timely basis for better customer experience.
