Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Monitoring, processing and resolution of customs disputes

• Receiving and processing pre-alerts/arrival notifications, matching with purchase orders

• Organizing shipments (parts, engines) and validating schedules

• Preparation of DUMs, import commitments and other documents via our system

• Maintenance of material accounting (DUM charges, customs account clearance)

• Management of engine transit, transport and loading operations

• Recording of transport operations on the internal system

• Point of contact with local and central customs administration

• Interface with the freight forwarder, transport subcontractors and internal teams
