Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure timely customs clearance of imports and exports.
• Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations and supporting documents to comply with local regulations.
• Monitor and track shipments to proactively address any customs-related issues or delays.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements affecting the business.
• Manage relationships with clients, providing updates on shipment status and customs processes.
• Implement standard operating procedures for customs clearance to enhance operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customs clearance and related logistics roles.
• Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being a strong advantage.
