Customs Clearance (Data Entry)

Main job duties :

• Initiate and accurately complete the pre-registration of all import shipments on the Nafeza National Single Window for Foreign Trade Facilitation.
• Process and secure the Advance Cargo Information Declaration (ACID) number for every shipment within the required regulatory timeframe and prior to shipment from the country of export.
• Verify the data of the foreign exporter and local importer as required by the Nafeza system to ensure successful ACID issuance.
• Prepare, review, and organize all necessary shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.) to ensure complete alignment with the ACI data submitted.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external customs brokers to ensure the mandatory shipment documents are accurately and securely uploaded via the CargoX Platform (the blockchain document gateway for ACI filing).
• Track the status of ACI filings and the issuance of ACID numbers, proactively addressing any red flags or data rejection issues on the Nafeza system.
• Ensure all data entry and documentation procedures comply fully with the latest Egyptian Customs Law and ministerial decisions regarding the ACI system.

• Experience in the electronic mobile field is preferred
• 1+ years experience
