Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Claim & BOE Submission

o Submit claims and BOEs to Dubai Customs accurately and on time.

o Ensure there are no fines or delays due to late submissions.

o Avoid mistakes or amendments by carefully checking all details.

  • Customs & Inspections Coordination

o Arrange Dubai Customs inspections if required.

o Coordinate Maqassa inspections at Dubai Customs.

o Handle exit and entry certificates as needed.

  • Document Verification & Compliance

o Check all documents for accuracy before submission.

o Verify HS codes and ensure approvals are obtained if required.

o Ensure compliance with any restrictions.

  • Shipment Clearance

o Clear shipments at the port, including both sea and air shipments.

o Arrange Delivery Orders (DO) for port shipments as needed.

  • Timely Follow-Up

o Ensure all claims, BOEs, and documents are submitted on time with no pending items.

  • Email Communication

o Respond promptly and professionally to all emails related to your department to ensure smooth operations and coordination.

  • Strong knowledge of Dubai Customs procedures and BOE clearance.

  • Thorough understanding of customs documentation, HS codes, and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other office tools.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Attention to detail to avoid mistakes or amendments in submissions.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of regulatory compliance and document submission processes (COO, municipality, and health certificates)

  • Experience in BOE clearance and Dubai Customs procedures is required.

  • Strong knowledge of customs documentation, HS codes, and compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and office tools for reporting and tracking.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with multiple teams.

  • Good organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Education:

Any graduate.
