Roles & Responsibilities
You will coordinate and supervise a team of Customs Agents, communicate with port authorities, shipping companies, and customs to resolve operational issues, handle emergencies effectively with operations teams, and monitor performance to suggest improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and service quality.

- Communicate with port authorities, shipping companies, and customs to solve operational issues, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain good relationships with all partners.
- Handle emergencies such as accidents, delays, or unexpected events by working with operations and other teams to manage the situation quickly and effectively.
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyze results, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile
A degree in logistics, international trade, or supply chain.
- More than 8 years of experience in a similar role in a freight forwarding or logistics company.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures.
- Knowledge of port operations and documentation.
- Proficient in office software and customs management systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
- Attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
