Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with SAIF Zone or UAE Free Zone customs regulations.
  • Handle complete customs clearance procedures for import and export shipments.
  • Prepare, review, and submit documentation through the UAE Customs online portal.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and clearing agents for smooth shipment processing.
  • Manage Bill of Entry, Delivery Orders, Export Declarations, and related customs documents.
  • Maintain proper documentation and organized filing records.
  • Liaise with government authorities when required for approvals and regulatory matters.
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve customs clearance issues promptly.
  • Manage all employee visa processes including online applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations (online processing only).

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 3 years of proven experience in SAIF Zone or any UAE Free Zone customs clearance (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Free Zone regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Hands-on experience working within SAIF Zone or other UAE Free Zones is essential.
  • Familiarity with UAE Customs online systems and portals.
  • Experience in handling employee visa processing in UAE Free Zones.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Bachelor s degree, Diploma or equivalent education
  • Good communication skills (English required, Arabic advantage).
