Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage customs clearance procedures for imported raw materials and exported finished goods (Form 4, Form 13, SAD, COO, etc.).

Manage customs and regulatory procedures related to sales from the SCZone to the local Egyptian market, including tax and duty compliance, customs balance adjustments, and declaration follow-ups.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SCZone laws, incentives, and customs exemption mechanisms.

Verify HS codes, CIF/FOB values, and import/export documentation for accuracy.

Coordinate with customs brokers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and governmental authorities (Customs, Tax Authority, SCZone Administration).

Monitor customs duty balances, exemption certificates, and raw material traceability for MOFT/SCZone compliance.

Prepare and maintain periodic customs and trade reports for management.

Support logistics and finance teams with import cost calculations and document control.

Ensure full compliance with SCZone regulations and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Zone s operational framework, workflows, and legal requirements.
