Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities

Responsible for reviewing and controlling warehousing and logistics expenses.

Review logistics plans formulated based on sales demands to ensure the service requirements of various departments are met.

Manage and review the customs supervision, verification, and write-off processing for bonded equipment, materials, and scrapped assets.

Manage logistics providers to ensure goods are delivered to target customers accurately and on time, continuously improving customer service levels.

Review and supervise the reconciliation of related-party transactions, ensuring data accuracy across ERP, OA, and manual operation systems.

Control transportation and warehousing costs to align with company targets.

Assist subordinates in coordinating communication with headquarters and base-related departments, ensuring smooth top-down and bottom-up communication, and facilitating timely and effective coordination.

Mentor and develop team members, strengthen the talent pipeline, supervise subordinates in fulfilling their duties, and ensure the achievement of KPIs.

Minor Responsibilities

Prepare logistics weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

Actively organize team-building activities to enhance team cohesion.

Strengthen the establishment of policies and optimize management procedures.

Complete other tasks assigned by the department head.

Proactively identify issues and propose reasonable, constructive suggestions in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree or above in International Trade, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

5+ years of experience in international trade or customs-related affairs, including at least 2-3 years of overseas assignment or overseas customs management experience.

Familiarity with the photovoltaic (PV), new energy, or large-scale manufacturing industry is preferred (experience in exporting related products is a strong plus).

Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); able to use English as a working language, with the ability to proficiently read English regulatory documents and draft business reports.
