Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expertly interpret technical drawings, patterns, and specifications to ensure accurate cutting of fabric.
- Optimize fabric usage and minimize waste by strategically planning the cutting layout.
- Operate and maintain cutting equipment, including automated cutters, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Supervise and train cutting room staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Diploma in Fashion Technology or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding.
- Holds relevant certifications in garment manufacturing or cutting techniques, showcasing professional development.
- Offers a minimum of 5 years of experience within the apparel or textile industry, bringing valuable insights.
- Demonstrates expertise in the specific industry of work experience, indicating specialization.
