Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored cyber security solutions.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and features of security offerings.
  • Develop and present proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions to address specific client security challenges.
  • Respond to requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) by preparing comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams on cyber security products and best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest cyber security trends, threats, and technologies to ensure solutions are current and effective.
  • Assist in the design and architecture of complex security solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Work closely with IT solution suppliers and presales experts to ensure seamless integration of security products.
  • Support post-sales teams during the implementation phase to ensure customer satisfaction and solution effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-6 years of experience in cyber security presales, solutions engineering, or a related technical role.
  • Proven track record of supporting enterprise sales cycles with technical expertise in cyber security.
  • Strong understanding of security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint protection, and SIEM.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience preparing technical documentation, proposals, and solution architectures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to occasionally attend client meetings, presentations, and workshops.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and compliance frameworks
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
