Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Security Awareness:
  • Develop and deliver IT security awareness programs.
  • Promote a strong security culture and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Fortinet Firewall Administration:
  • Manage and maintain Fortinet devices (FortiGate, Forti Switch, FortiClient).
  • Configure rules, VPNs, VLANs, and access controls; monitor performance and apply updates
  • Network Architecture:
  • Design and maintain secure, scalable LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/cloud networks.
  • Implement redundancy, segmentation, and optimization strategies
  • UNIX/Linux Administration
  • Install, configure, and maintain UNIX/Linux servers.
  • Manage users, automate tasks, apply patches, and ensure system integration and security
  • Reporting
  • Generate reports on network health, security incidents, and compliance.
  • Provide KPI and SLA updates, support audits and governance activities.
  • Asset Tracking:
  • Manage IT asset inventory, lifecycle, and SAP integration.
  • Maintain accurate records and support audits for compliance.
  • Kaspersky Endpoint Security:
  • Administer Kaspersky solutions across all endpoints.
  • Monitor antivirus health, handle threats, and ensure timely updates and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT operations, with hands on expertise in Fortinet firewalls, network architecture, and UNIX/Linux administration.
  • Strong knowledge of security awareness, network protocols, asset management, and UNIX/Linux systems.
  • Proficiency in shell scripting and automation on UNIX/Linux platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with reporting tools and ITSM/asset management platforms.
