Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Skills:
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices
- Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving and incident investigation skills
- Hands-on experience with security tools (SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Knowledge of network security, system vulnerabilities, and threat detection
- Ability to respond to security incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
- Good documentation, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle security incidents effectively
Preferred (Plus for SiFi Environment)
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related fields
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Familiarity with compliance standards (ISO 27001, NCA ECC, PCI DSS)
- Understanding of cloud security (AWS, Azure) and secure architecture
- Knowledge of vulnerability management and penetration testing concepts
- High attention to detail with a proactive security mindset
Desired Candidate Profile
Tamheer Program Requirements:
- Saudi nationals
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Cybersecruity or similar is highly preferred )
- Age between 22 and 30 years
- Not currently employed
- Not registered in GOSI for the past 6 months
- Eligible for and registered in the Tamheer Program through Hadaf
