Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Support cybersecurity operations (OT) at Nama Dhofar Services, in line with approved policies and procedures.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity controls aligned with Cybersecurity Framework.
Support vulnerability and risk management activities, including documentation of findings and tracking remediation actions.
Assist with cybersecurity incident response activities, including initial analysis, evidence collection, reporting, and post incident documentation.
Support compliance and audit activities by preparing documentation and evidence required for internal and external reviews.
Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives by helping prepare materials, presentations, or user guidance.

The Cybersecurity Analyst supports the Cybersecurity Department in protecting Nama Dhofar Services critical operational environments, including electricity, water, smart metering, and wastewater systems.
