Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor cybersecurity project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
Work closely with cybersecurity engineers, analysts, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including project plans, risk registers, meeting minutes, and status reports.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
Attend weekly meetings with Contractors and Supplier and track the agreed actions.
Support compliance with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443).
Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate cybersecurity awareness initiatives rollouts.
Ensure proper documentation and handover of completed projects to operations or support teams.
Bachelor s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in cybersecurity or IT.
Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, tools, and frameworks.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM and GICSP or CISSP certification are a plus.
Knowledge of OT/ICS environments is an advantage.
Understanding of cybersecurity risk management and governance.
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., energy, oil & gas, utilities).
Familiar with Total general specifications is a plus, and with relevant international codes and standards.
A strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills and good communication and analytical skills.
Language: fluent English.
Ability to travel and work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment
