Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement and maintain Information Security & Cybersecurity controls in line with FRA regulations and Al-Futtaim Group policies.

Manage and monitor IS & cybersecurity operational systems across IT infrastructure.

Conduct security assessments for IT digital transformation projects.

Support cybersecurity initiatives including DLP, EDR, and network security solutions.

Administer network security components such as firewalls, routers, and switches.

Promote cybersecurity awareness culture across the organization.

Deliver security awareness sessions for new hires and existing staff.

Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks and third-party risks.

Develop and implement risk treatment plans and security controls.

Support cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities.

Prepare for and respond to FRA security audits and assessments.

Ensure all ISMS documentation, risk registers, and controls are up to date.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or digital risk.

At least one professional certification (CISSP, CISA, SSCP, CEH, GRCP, ISO 27001 LA/LI).

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (ISO, NIST, PCI-DSS, COBIT, ITIL).

Strong understanding of FRA cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
