Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Learning Design & Facilitation
- Deliver high-quality workshops, training sessions, and programs to audiences of 15–20 people across different business units.
- Design engaging digital learning modules (Rise 360 or equivalent) to expand self-led and blended learning opportunities.
- Adapt and localize learning content to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Support the Head of L&D in maintaining a consistent annual training calendar aligned with business priorities.
- Learning Delivery & Logistics
- Coordinate and manage workshop logistics, including scheduling, materials, and participant communications.
- Collect feedback and participation data to evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Support continuous improvement by applying innovative facilitation methods and digital tools.
- Stakeholder & Provider Support
- Work closely with business units and HRBPs to understand training needs and ensure alignment with capability priorities.
- Assist in managing external providers and facilitators where needed, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Governance, Reporting & Revenue
- Assist in monitoring L&D budget spend, invoice processing, and reporting.
- Contribute to the implementation of the L&D SLA by supporting revenue generation through design and delivery of internal programs.
- Maintain dashboards and reports to evidence program uptake and learner engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Deliverables:
- Regular delivery of engaging workshops to groups of 15–20 participants.
- Design and rollout of digital learning modules using Rise 360 (or similar).
- Annual learning calendar delivered on time and aligned with strategic priorities.
- Increased employee engagement and digital learning adoption.
- Contribution to L&D SLA revenue through design and delivery activities.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Learning & Development.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating workshops or training sessions for 15–25 participants.
- Strong track record in designing learning solutions, including e-learning/digital modules (Articulate Rise 360 or similar).
- Exposure to blended learning approaches and digital L&D platforms.
- Experience in coordinating providers and managing program logistics preferred.
Skill Set Required:
- Confident facilitator with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong design skills with experience in e-learning authoring tools.
- Good stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with modern digital learning tools.
Must Haves:
- Experience of designing face to face behavioural and leadership training
- Experience of facilitating workshops / confident communicator
- Coordination of end-to-end planning and execution of L&D initiatives
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels
- Currently working in an L&D role
Nice to Haves:
- Performance and talent experience to manage succession plans and IDP completion
- Digital L&D experience i.e. LMS knowledge and design of digital solutions
