1. Route Management and Organization:

• Extracting customer data from Al-Ameen program databases (Microsoft SQL Server) and processing it as needed.
• Structuring and organizing customer data according to the schedules provided by supervisors.
• Exporting organized data to Excel and re-importing it into the system after validation.

2. Visit Schedule Coordination:

• Preparing and updating customer visit schedules based on the plans submitted by sales supervisors.
• Ensuring alignment of visit days with the approved route plans.

3. Customer Purchase Analysis:

• Preparing lists of top-purchasing customers for each route to evaluate market strength.
• Preparing lists of low-purchasing customers and submitting periodic reports to the Sales Management for follow-up actions.

4. Product Performance Analysis:

• Analyzing fast-moving and slow-moving items to identify high-performance and stagnant products.
• Studying the seasonal performance of products and determining peak and low demand periods for each item.

5. Marketing Campaign Follow-up:

• Monitoring the outcomes of marketing campaigns targeting specific products.
• Identifying and analyzing high-selling and low-selling areas to support marketing and distribution decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Demonstrated proficiency in Power BI, and SQL, with the ability to perform advanced data analysis and reporting.
• Previous experience using Al-Amin software is preferred.
• 3 5 years of proven experience in a related data analysis, sales analysis, or business intelligence role.
• Bachelor s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a closely related field.
• Male candidates only, as per the position requirements.
• Candidates must reside in or near the Sheraton area or in nearby surrounding neighborhoods to ensure convenient commute and timely attendance.
